I am able to help you with concept, design, drafting and everything surrounding that. I have over 15 years of experience in industry from hands on fitting and welding right through to design of ambulances, firetrucks, complex structures, industrial equipment and analysis.
I have a broad and deep understanding of metalwork and have consistently added value and insight into improving clients products durability, maintainability, manufacturability, assemblabilty, tolerancing and quality – sometimes this is achieved through slight modifications or other times completely new thinking.
I am also able to provide manufacture (outsourcing) of product large and small. From casting, profile cutting, pressing, welding, milling and turning, sandblasting, painting, zinc or hot dip galvanising, powder coating, electrical components, looms, partial and full assembly and more. I work with metals, woods, plastics and composite materials. I have contact with a variety of companies and will always insure quality every step of the way.
I work well in teams or alone and can communicate with suppliers and customers when needed.
